Do I get my hair washed with a blow wave?

Yes, absolutely! All our blow wave appointments come with a wash, blow dry and style.

What does a touch up service involve?

A touch up service uses hot tools only. You must come in with your hair washed, 100% dry and smooth. We do not wash or dry hair off with this service.

I have booked in for an Up do is there anything I should know before coming in for my appointment?

Yes, we always suggest not to wash your hair AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment time. Hair that is too clean is harder to manage and is too soft to hold when using hair ties, pins etc.

My hair is medium length but thick, do I still book a 45 minute time slot?

No, if your hair is on the thick side regardless of length, we always recommend to book a longer time slot to allow the stylist to have enough time to complete the service. (There is no price increase for the 60min appointment slot.)

Do braids only need a 30min time slot?

Not always, if your hair is long or you require more than 1 braid, please choose the 45 minute time slot. If you are unsure please give us a call at the salon to discuss.

Can I purchase online gift vouchers?

Not as yet, but we are working on it. If you are unable to come into the salon to pick one up, please give us a call on 98264177, we can take payment over the phone and can send out the voucher to yourself or the person who is receiving the gift. Vouchers can be for any service or any dollar amount.

Will you be able to apply clip in extensions?

Yes we can apply the clip in extensions after your blow wave for an extra $10 (please book this as an added service when booking online)

I have booked my appointment online, do I need a confirmation email to secure the spot?

Yes, once your pending online booking is approved, a confirmation email will be send to your email address.
